Number one and two entries announced for the mens Royal Rumble match (w/ Heydorns Analysis) – Pro Wrestling Torch – PWTorch

CATCH-UP: Current status of Brock Lesnar and Ronda Rousey for Royal Rumble.

On tonights return of WWE Backstage on FS1, the very first two entries into the mens Royal Rumble were revealed.

Edge declared he would get in the Royal Rumble match on todays Monday Night Raw. Edge and Orton have a deep rooted history together and most recently fought at WWE Backlash in 2020. Prior to that, they contended versus one another at WrestleMania 36 in a Last Man Standing match.

Randy Orton will enter the match in the top position. Edge will go into at second.

Edge and Orton have a history together that wasnt covered up in a definitive method due to Edges injury. Since it appears that both are headed in various directions at this point, this positioning in the Royal Rumble permits them the chance to resolve their history without going to a significant match of some kind.
