Facebooks gaming function is smaller sized in scale than premium cloud-based video game streaming services like Googles Stadia, Nvidias GeForce NOW or Amazon.coms Luna, which are completing for users in a high-growth market.
The feature will be available to Android and web users for now, Facebook said, while it was dealing with alternative options to release the function on Apples iOS.
” Apple deals with games in a different way and continues to put in control over an extremely valuable resource,” the company stated, including it is uncertain if releasing on Apples app store is a “feasible” path.
